About the Role

Qualifications:
Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, construction management, or technical field.
· 3–7 years of project management experience preferred. Experience in managing electrical distribution equipment is desired.
· PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.


Skills & Competencies

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency with project management tools
· Ability to lead teams and influence without direct report responsibility.
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills and overall proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google
Sheets, ERP exports, Power BI preferred).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle project execution from order release through shipment

  • Manage project scope, schedule, budgets, and deliverables

  • Coordinate closely with engineering, supply chain, production, and quality teams

  • Drive on-time delivery and margin performance across projects

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to materials, production, and customer requirements

  • Develop and track project KPIs, cost targets, and performance metrics

  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders

  • Lead customer interactions, progress reviews, and issue resolution

  • Support process improvements, cost-reduction initiatives, and operational efficiencies

  • Mentor junior project managers and support team development

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, engineered-to-order electrical equipment projects from sales handoff through factory execution and final delivery. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with engineering, supply chain, quality, and production teams. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing or engineered-products experience and a proven ability to drive schedules, costs, and team performance.
