Qualifications:
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, construction management, or technical field.
· 3–7 years of project management experience preferred. Experience in managing electrical distribution equipment is desired.
· PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency with project management tools
· Ability to lead teams and influence without direct report responsibility.
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills and overall proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google
Sheets, ERP exports, Power BI preferred).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle project execution from order release through shipment
Manage project scope, schedule, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate closely with engineering, supply chain, production, and quality teams
Drive on-time delivery and margin performance across projects
Identify and mitigate risks related to materials, production, and customer requirements
Develop and track project KPIs, cost targets, and performance metrics
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders
Lead customer interactions, progress reviews, and issue resolution
Support process improvements, cost-reduction initiatives, and operational efficiencies
Mentor junior project managers and support team development

This role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with engineering, supply chain, quality, and production teams.
