About the Role
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close across EAI and its subsidiaries
· Assist with consolidated financial reporting, intercompany accounting, eliminations, and corporate allocations
· Review journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analyses, and support schedules
· Help maintain consistent accounting policies, close procedures, and reporting practices across entities
· Support internal controls over close, cash, inventory, revenue, fixed assets, and intercompany activity
· Partner with business-unit accounting and operations teams to improve consistency in inventory, cost accounting, reserves, and revenue-related processes
· Work closely with internal stakeholders and external NetSuite consultants to improve workflows, reporting, dashboards, and data integrity
· Support audit, tax, lender, and other external reporting requests
· Assist with process documentation, finance transformation, and ERP-related projects
· Help supervise and develop accounting staff as assigned

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· CPA strongly preferred
· 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior accountant, accounting manager, or similar leadership experience
· Multi-entity accounting experience required, including consolidations and intercompany accounting
· Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls
· Experience in manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, or other inventory-intensive environments strongly preferred
· Strong understanding of inventory and cost accounting in a multi-entity environment preferred
· NetSuite experience strongly preferred, including working with administrators, developers, or third-party consultants on system enhancements and reporting improvements
· Advanced Excel skills required
